The Kremlin enabled Hitler to start WW2 by making a pact with Germany and invading Poland in sync with them. They stole half of Poland and laughed up their sleeves as the Anglo Saxons - the British - declared war on Hitler. By the summer of 1940 it was the Anglo Saxons - the British - who single-handedly fought against Germany, while the Soviet Union sat smugly on the sidelines. It was not until Germany unilaterally broke their infamous pact and invaded the USSR in 1941 that the Kremlin began to join in fighting against the Nazis. Almost two full years after the Anglo Saxons!

So didn´t USSR start WW2, considering the invaded baltic state, Ukraine, belarus, Finland and a few other countries.
Or is it only Germany that is not alowed to invade other countries?

Not only did America support the USSR during WW2 with supplies, the Ford Motor company literally rebuilt thousands of factories on the other side of the Ural Mountains to avoid German airstrikes. The Soviets also learned how to modernize their manufacturing from American corporations. We literally rebuilt our future enemy.

The Marshall plan is how the US got rich beyond rich. They sat around while europe was blown apart, stepped in to nuke a couple of civilian cities and end the war by the sheer horror and scale of the war crimes, then fired up the old steel mills and said "who needs infrastructure? If you cant pay for it, I'll lend you the money"
So, we have NATO. US military bases all through Europe, everyone sharing military technology and information with the US but the US not quite sharing as much in return.
The US did what it does so well: make money and increase its influence via other people dying in war.
The USSR alone lost more than 40 million people fighting WW2.
Hitler sent around 70% of his fighting forces east.

Russia has large fossil fuel reserves, but this doesn't mean anything if you can't get it out of the ground, refine it, and get it to your customers. Ukraine is attacking all of these supply lines and the lack of repairs to the infrastructure will eventually bring the system crashing down.

The German Puma is a special armored personnel carrier ;) It already has the concept of the "soldier of the future" on board, the Puma serves as a squad headquarters and is digitally connected to every dismounted soldier. The position of the soldiers is always visible to the Puma, it can forward reconnaissance data to the soldiers in real time. The soldiers in turn can mark enemies that the Puma can then fight.
