Totally agree...why would Almighty curse someoen just by doing eyebrows. I think there is no harm in plucking eyebrows. Almighty knows the best

That is what these self made scholars r doing who neither read Quran nor hadith, read bhukhari hadith 4886 you will know the truth
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : لَعَنَ اللَّهُ الْوَاشِمَاتِ ، وَالْمُوتَشِمَاتِ ، وَالْمُتَنَمِّصَاتِ ، وَالْمُتَفَلِّجَاتِ لِلْحُسْنِ الْمُغَيِّرَاتِ خَلْقَ اللَّهِ ، فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ امْرَأَةً مِنْ بَنِي أَسَدٍ ، يُقَالُ لَهَا أُمُّ يَعْقُوبَ ، فَجَاءَتْ ، فَقَالَتْ : إِنَّهُ بَلَغَنِي عَنْكَ أَنَّكَ لَعَنْتَ كَيْتَ وَكَيْتَ ، فَقَالَ : وَمَا لِي أَلْعَنُ مَنْ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمَنْ هُوَ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ ، فَقَالَتْ : لَقَدْ قَرَأْتُ مَا بَيْنَ اللَّوْحَيْنِ فَمَا وَجَدْتُ فِيهِ مَا تَقُولُ ، قَالَ : لَئِنْ كُنْتِ قَرَأْتِيهِ لَقَدْ وَجَدْتِيهِ أَمَا قَرَأْتِ : وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانْتَهُوا سورة الحشر آية 7 ، قَالَتْ : بَلَى ، قَالَ : فَإِنَّهُ قَدْ نَهَى عَنْهُ ، قَالَتْ : فَإِنِّي أَرَى أَهْلَكَ يَفْعَلُونَهُ ، قَالَ : فَاذْهَبِي فَانْظُرِي ، فَذَهَبَتْ فَنَظَرَتْ فَلَمْ تَرَ مِنْ حَاجَتِهَا شَيْئًا ، فَقَالَ : لَوْ كَانَتْ كَذَلِكَ مَا جَامَعْتُهَا .
اللہ تعالیٰ نے گودوانے والیوں اور گودنے والیوں پر لعنت بھیجی ہے چہرے کے بال اکھاڑنے والیوں اور حسن کے لیے آگے کے دانتوں میں کشادگی کرنے والیوں پر لعنت بھیجی ہے کہ یہ اللہ کی پیدا کی ہوئی صورت میں تبدیلی کرتی ہیں ۔ عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کا یہ کلام قبیلہ بنی اسد کی ایک عورت کو معلوم ہوا جو ام یعقوب کے نام سے معروف تھی وہ آئی اور کہا کہ مجھے معلوم ہوا ہے کہ آپ نے اس طرح کی عورتوں پر لعنت بھیجی ہے ؟ عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا آخر کیوں نہ میں انہیں لعنت کروں جنہیں رسول اللہ ﷺ نے لعنت کی ہے اور جو کتاب اللہ کے حکم کے مطابق ملعون ہے ۔ اس عورت نے کہا کہ قرآن مجید تو میں نے بھی پڑھا ہے لیکن آپ جو کچھ کہتے ہیں میں نے تو اس میں کہیں یہ بات نہیں دیکھی ۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اگر تم نے بغور پڑھا ہوتا تو تمہیں ضرور مل جاتا کیا تم نے یہ آیت نہیں پڑھی ” رسول ( ﷺ ) تمہیں جو کچھ دیں لے لیا کرو اور جس سے تمہیں روک دیں ، رک جایا کرو ۔“ اس نے کہا کہ پڑھی ہے عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ پھر آنحضرت ﷺ نے ان چیزوں سے روکا ہے ۔ اس پر اس عورت نے کہا کہ میرا خیال ہے کہ آپ کی بیوی بھی ایسا کرتی ہیں ۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اچھا جاؤ اور دیکھ لو ۔ وہ عورت گئی اور اس نے دیکھا لیکن اس طرح کی ان کے یہاں کوئی معیوب چیز اسے نہیں ملی ۔ پھر عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ اگر میری بیوی اسی طرح کرتی تو بھلا وہ میرے ساتھ رہ سکتی تھی ؟ ہرگز نہیں ۔

Can you please request Javed Ahmed Ghamidi sahib to share his views on the topic because whenever i talk on this topic people quote the hadith to me and they say i would be cursed for it...then i have rhis feeling that I can't take the risk of being cursed just by plucking eyebrows..then I don't but in actual i really want to.can you please request ghamidi sahib to answer this question because i really trust him. i am confused Because there are alot of ulamah woh strictly claim it be be forbidden .
Your stance would be clearer if you could have supported it with reference. Plz do share so that we get out of the tangle.
Exactly! always wondered why Islam or Allah has problem with women beautifying their eyebrows by plucking but has no problem waxing their Legs, Arms and other parts of the body. it means there is a Missunderstanding.
NO normal person or even a Maulvi would want a Hairy woman (wife) but would argue against plucking eyebrow hair.
It never made sense to many too, i used to think the same as you that a women can do anything to beautify herself but plunking is such a big thing. Tbh i never believed the other molvies

Wait for its scientific discovery...then you will bow your head..many ignorant denied in past just because they couldn't get the logic..although you believed everything scientist say without any knowledge about it but on God 's command have to have to be fit in your brain first.
You need to rethink of the concept of "God" again.
Plucking eyebrows is not come under the changing creation..changing creation means the thing which is forever.while pluck the eyebrows is not permnaent change.i think changing creation means like the plastic surgeries people do.
Thats what I said. I don't know when but in olden times women use to clean off their eyebrows completely as a fashion(refer Mona Lisa).
I also believe that ulma mis-interpretated the hadith and made life harder for practising muslim women. And indirectly muslim men as well. Who mostly endup in haram attractions cuz their halal wives does not beautify herself. Wherease he is surrounded by attractive modren womenon billboards and in workplace. So in a way Muslim men's life also get dissrupted indirectly.
I have noticed Muslim Male Ulma are very very strict when it come to Muslim women's matters in Islam. But for men they cut corners and get soft and understand things.
A simple eyebrow shaping makes a girls alot more different and attractive for husband offcourse. Allah k ows the neeyah.
Edit: ALSO Ulma read facial hairs and automatically ASSUME eyebrows. Although women do remove whole facial hairs. When it comes to Fiqa regarding women Male Ulma take strict stances and state fatwa without thourough research and any softness toward the soft girls/womens while for men they r eager they cut corners bend hadith and Quran and allow all kind nonsense in the name of Islam which is not in Islam.
Ok so all these Islamic scholars whose native language is arabic are wrong but this person whom i have never heard of ever in my life just pops up and implies that he knows more then the real scholars who have given their lifetimes to the study of Quran and Hadith thats just unbelievable and the worst part is that people are believing him, like seriously use some sense. If it were upto the logic of people everyone would have created his own religion, there is a reason why Quran is called the ultimate guide.
If majority of ullema are saying it’s prohibited, I will stick with that. I have realized that maybe it’s prohibited because by making our eyebrows thin, we render them useless. They are supposed to catch our sweat in the hot climate. Something the thin eyebrows don’t do, but thicker, natural brows do.
So styling hair is more problematic to u than plucking eyebrows, what nonsense
