Doesn't truly know how to operate the tractor, is my guess. I'm thinking she was wanting to pull the TA back (going from direct drive to torque amplified), and grabbed the throttle instead of the TA.
So I’m on the wrong side of the track to truly tell. But I think this is the case. And I think she knew it. They are farmers. She’s been around the IH and has pulled it many times. An honest lapse. I have seen seasoned pullers do the same/similar things.
