Pure podcast me bhai ne ye glti kri ki sanatan ko mythology keh dia. Jbki ye hmari history h or satya h.
He means that only. Don't consider d exact documented meaning of what word he used. Try to understand the meaning behind d words...
But instead he can say ancient history…instead of mythology…..!!
Mythology term could have been replaced but we can understand what he meant to say.
He is not a guru but an enlightened soul who is just as simple and common as any normal sanatani is. I and our friends use many such similar terms but that doesn't make us less Sanatani.

If we are not liberated in this lifetime, then we must only aim to take birth as a human being because the human form is the most difficult to obtain and the most conducive for attaining liberation. So we mustn't waste our opportunity in this lifetime and use the human form we have been endowed with to attain liberation.

As per our Hindu sastras Name is given based on our janma Namakaran in astrology. Every Nakshatra is divided into 4 padas and each pada is given a sound. So Name is given based on nakshatra pada in which our moon is placed during our birth time.
