Modal is an engineered fibre it is made in the same way bamboo is done. They take chemicals mixed with the base fibre so it can be arranged into a filament through a spinnerette to make filament fibres then it is turned into either a knit or woven fabric. It is sort of a greener fabric with the exception of all the chemicals used.

But if I'm being honest, I think the shorts aren't great. You have (used to have?) a pair of ripped shorts - I think from Topshop which were so much more flattering!

I've got the exact same Birkenstocks and they've been my go to summer shoes for couple years now! Just one note: on a very hot day they can get bit sweaty because of the material. But still love them and wear them most days, great purchase!
You can put Birkenstocks in the washing mashine! I just washed my Arizonas (normal ones) on the handwash setting. Was really scared they wouldn't survived, but they were so dirty and now they look decend again

Those espadrille wedges are lovely. I have a casual wedding on a farm this summer so they’d be perfect on grass but also give a little height and lengthen legs to look flattering with a wrap midi dress 🙂 the playsuit and shorts are great finds too!

So happy the podcast is back! But I do have to say, the audio is still a bit lacking. I feel like it's mostly due to the volume. The quality, I think it's great! But the volume varies a lot through the podcast. I usually listen with earphones with the volume to the max because the volume is quite low in general. And then I get a mega shock when you guys laugh because it's so loud! XD
