Gui is last in the order the Author gave for the ten demon gods and per the common anime tropes, it's usually the LATER enemies that are stronger anyway. I plan on asking the Author but up to him if it's going to be considered a huge spoiler or not! For now, it's unknown but I assume yes, that he is the weakest of the 10.
Haha I like Emperor Indra maybe he's not the best in terms of character but he's still a powerhouse with cool abilities. It's common for powerful leaders to have an ego. I personally like the unique properties behind the Seven Treasure Golden Steps and his Heavenly Parasol attacks haha
