hey, thanks for reaching out. in this video H means the difference in level between points A and B. I think u got confused because we had two Hs. We can arrive at H using both case 1 and case 2. but we will not be knowing the e value. that is why we eliminate e using the two equations.
Also, there may have been a doubt at 6.00 minutes in the video. Kindly note that i wrote the formula for the reduced level and not the level difference.
