    Loren, Thanks for all the videos on Pagosa Springs...they are very helpful and informative. One question on this video: There was no mention of drilling a well as an option for a water source. Is well drilling for drinking water not an option for the Pagosa Springs area?

      It is. But it depends on your elevation and where in each area you sit. Some areas, like Alpine Lakes Ranch had a community well maintained by the association. Having an engineer determine is only option. And if you do have a well it will need a filtration and pressure system. But yes, it is an option.

    Looking at ranch right sout of Piedra. What is cell and internet service like in that region? Its in the valley.

      Very spotty. The canyon and the ranches in it don’t receive well from the tower. I could be wrong. If you would like I can run over there and run signal test on my own. Call me if that would help you out, I live nearby off of cat creek so it’s no sweat.

    What is the best type of land to hold for multiple years to gain the MOST profit. Looking to buy a land with ton of Acres alongside a massive amount of profit in the long run. Looking to hold land purchases for Atleast 10 years.😁😁😁😁👍

      Anything not developed that can hold infrastructure that Biden is about to pay for in the next 3 years. If your game is a ten year hold than pick and choose. Land used for nuclear remediation will also be the future. When we wake up and realize green energy isn’t possible every rural area will be using nuclear modular reactors. You asked for the MOST profit so there you go. I’ll also be viewing 468 acres that would be suitable to place a covenant easement over so the state can give you giant tax credits every year for life. We can also take your ten year plan and invest into the local opportunity zone. The land within your opp zone will be free of any capital gains after ten years. Let’s chat.

      Very allowed. Hard to dig with all the rock, and you need to be low enough near the watersheds to have luck. If your higher up on the mountain, hill or Mesa it’s a no go. Also dealing with a lot of mineral in the water. Some HOAs have their own community wells to tap into for the residents which is nice.
