It's actually very tasty coffee. My take is that they are only relying on the fact they undercut Starbucks. However, price-based strategy is sometimes a very viable market penetration strategies. Their fully online/in-app model makes ordering streamlined and easy, but these days only older folks prefer physical payments. They need to innovate, penetrating into markets is only the starting point.

Not nice, walk past always burnt smell, they over roast the beans so it's bitter and dilute it so no taste, also latte milk doesn't taste good so I harbor they use cheap ingredients. I'm too spoiled by coffee bean's latte which will gladly pay double for
