- Two amazing dishes were prepared on this day. Sada roti with carailee (bitter gourd) and flan, which is coming up in part 2. I'm always starting the day with excitement and curiosity mixed with a whole heap of confidence with the intention that each day will be fruitful. We had lots and lots of delightful rain which made the meals even more appealing. It was another perfect and cozy day with the ducklings. Wake up with me today as we follow the progress of the morning, nodding a temporary goodbye to the night time and embracing the advancing but unhurried charm of daylight. Smell the aromas, listen to the natural music of the morning and go get yourself some CARAILEE! There is coffee in there too. Enjoy.
