Jisoo seriously made me melt during this whole performance 😭 How is she so underrated? Make it make sense! The most beautiful, unique voice I've ever heard. Ahhhh, I can't wait for her solo 🥲😍
and it's Japanese song that became so familiar with the japanese since it aired for some advertisements back then. so she technically carried the whole song in foreign language and met the reputation of the song itself.
Jisoo is, in part, underrated because she does the least self-promotion. She doesn't seem to care about the fame or money, she just loves to perform. Her attitude towards life is wonderful, and I think that it rubbed off on the other girls and that's why they've been able to stay so level-headed during the tough times and handle their huge success so well. She's beautiful, talented, and an amazing person. She's the bedrock of Blackpink and the other girls acknowledge that.
Jisoo's voice is so beautiful. She is funny, adorable and beautiful. ❤

I'll say it again - Just her, on an empty stage, singing a Japanese song in Japanese, in front of over 50,000 Japanese fans, and she was totally relaxed and enjoying every moment of it. I have listened to this many times, and I cannot find a single flaw. It was one of the most amazing performances I've ever seen. Great reaction!

People talk a lot about Jisoo's English, but ignore the fact that she is fluent in Japanese and Chinese, on top of her Korean. Like mikkj1 said, here she is singing a Japanese song in Japan, and stunning the crowd. I believe it is also a hit on Spotify, but somebody else can confirm that.

Before reacting to this, I didn't know she was singing in Japanese actually. But now, I'm even more amazed (which I didn't think could be possible). The amount of confidence and talent Jisoo has is just out of this world.

Jisoo seems to be underrated (just among her members) but actually she is one of the most recognized kpop artists on this planet.
I'm literally looking for reactions to this Jisoo cover because it's always so beautiful to see people interested in her vocals. And I agree with what you said about her appearance being highly valued, but her vocals forgotten... She has been gaining a lot of fans lately and I have high hopes that someday everyone will realize that she is a great vocalist ( YG too should realize that )... thanks for the reaction

Not Jisoo just looking like an Angel, but at the same time stunning around 55,000 into total silence.
So often a stage is filled with people and dancing, and looks so busy, so I really love that her stage is just her and her beautiful deep warm voice, no need for fancy dancing, just her natural and relaxed self singing beautifully and emotionally.

There are a lot of spectacular voices out there Karen Carpenter is one of my favorites but they do not go beyond emotion. Strange, I even tried to look it up.😀

Great! Now I'm gonna be crying for the next hour again (every time I hear this). Welcome to the Jisoo Master Class of Stage Presence, Singing, and Beauty. Yes 60,000 people just stood there with their mouths open in silent reverence for 3 minutes. I have heard many reports of people saying the Jisoo solo performance was the best part of the entire concert. Not just this performance/song, ANY Jisoo solo. I love her so much.

Kathleen, once again I’m late to your reaction. I can’t tell you how much I agree with everything you said. I literally get a lump in my throat every time I hear her sing it. It is unfortunate that she is so underrated but you can thank solo stans for that. Jisoo has been my ult bias from the beginning but never have I once thrown shade at Jennie, Lisa, or Rose’. I truly they deserve every bit of praise they receive but that mutual respect, love, and support is not returned to Jisoo from their fans. Don’t get it twisted. She still has millions of fans, true blinks, that love and support all four members regardless of bias. I sincerely despise solo stans and our fandom would so much better without them. Sorry for that rant but I do get upset at the disrespect Jisoo so undeservedly gets. Look at the views and likes your video has. Many blinks saw Blackpink in the title and got unsurprisingly excited to watch but then many saw Jisoo ‘Yuki No Hana’ and decided not to click. I get excited for every time someone is seeing any BP performance for the first time and especially excited when they decide to watch Jisoo on her own cuz she doesn’t get the live the rest of the girls get. It’s just a sad fact. So I vehemently love, support, and promote Jisoo without any shade or disrespect to the other members cuz I will always do the same for them. Sorry for such a long comment but I was extremely touched by how much love you showed our Queen Jisoo. I’m never ok with how she’s often overlooked and I vent. Sooyahs anxiously await her kdrama and solo right along with you. Thx
That's okay! Better late than never 😊 I'm so happy to hear you agree with what I said! The way she sings, the whole performance.. It's just so beautiful and soothing. I appreciate your rant because you're 100% right! It'd be great if everyone was OT4, but unfortunately some cling to one member and bash the rest. Lisa is my bias (I've made that quite clear) but I've also made it very clear that I love and appreciate all members, just like you stated as well! Which is how it should be. Jisoo deserves a lot more respect and appreciation, and I hope more people see that.
In regards to my video, yeah you're right and I also noticed that myself. I'm glad that you at least were very excited to watch it, along with anything else related to our queens! Jisoo doesn't get the same praise unfortunately, and it also upsets me because she's insanely talented! But, I know her solo is going to change the game, and she's going to get the love that she deserves.

This is actually Jisoo' s range, warm n deep tone, low to mid range.This is the type of song thats showcase her true vocal. Blackpink songs was created that way for them that most of time Jisoo has to catchup with Rose's high pitch so we didnt hear her true voice. My suggestion if i were YG, i would have her solo collab with Japanese artiste (Utada, Shiina Ringo, Mika Nakashima, etc) , coz their vibe suits her. Ironically jisoo tone actually suit american RnB,jazz pop too, but since shes more fluent in korean and Japan, i would suggest Japanese artiste or Korean.

I feel like the positions that are given to idols is according to how they perform in trainee years. But the companies don't understand that over the years, after debut, people can become better at something but the positions can't be changed and that's what i hate, in kpop you're given positions like i don't think that should be a rule. Like right now if jisoo could have positions than she would have main visual, main voaclist (with rosé) and possibly even lead rapper because she's so good at it. But you know what blinks don't care about positions we know our jichu is a talented queen and she doesn't need to have a specific position to prove it 😉💎❤✨

Sorry dont hate me but I want Jisoo main vocalist. She has the most emotional voice. Rosè is the best vocalist but I prefer Jisoo than Rosè.
I love both their voices equally but from what I've seen people adore Rose voice a little bit more and her voice suits BP's style more. Which is why she is probably the main vocalist.
