I went on a solo trip to this exact resort back in 2021 when they first opened and I had to complain as well! Overall beautiful resort but too many issues, I'm glad it got better for you though! ☺
I stormed up into that office the next day and let them have to 😩. It turned out to be a great trip in the end💕. Thanks for watching !
