hi ma'am i have developer individual profile as well as organization profile, but currently google is default taking individual profile, i want to display organization information no idea how can i change this. it will be great if you or any one can help me.
How can you give 2 profiles for 1 account? At the time of account creation which ever profile info you have mentioned was taken default. May be this will help. Go to Play Console -> Developer account -> public account details. There you can view the info displayed publicly.

Their response was: "Once a payment profile is assigned and verified, it becomes permanently associated with the Play Console. The linking process between a Play Console and a payments profile is a one-time action. Once linked, the connection cannot be undone or modified in any way." I don't understand why Google has to show my full legal address? Why should a user have my address? I can give it to Google but why make it public?

But some people app on playstore is not showing their country name

They might not have verified their account yet. As of my knowledge I don't think so we can avoid that.
