LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
3 large eggs
1 1/3 cups plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, sifted
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-3 drops pink food colouring
2 ounces chocolate biscuits
FOR THE TOPPING/ICING:
1/2 cup superfine sugar
4 tablespoons water
2 large egg whites
2-3 drops pink food colouring
2 ounces white chocolate
1 small packet chocolate biscuits (we used animal crackers/halloweenies!), crumbled
mini marshmallows (optional)
