Wow. Just... wow. Incredible music, incredible singer, incredible composition. Even 16 years later still one of my favourite songs. Marcela nails the lyrics and - must it be said - looks stunning, Lori is the most sexy guitarist I've ever seen, Alejandro and especially Johan ROCK, Davy's drum line's organic and cool to play (as I am a drummer myself) and Arjen..., well he's a musical GENIUS. Got to know this band through Ayreon, but I was immediately hooked by this song. Wish I was 26 again, so I could watch a show...
The chorus brings me such a strong case of dej ja vu. Its so beautiful and I do not understand why it the melody kinda of brings back old false memories. But besides that it is an awesome song, so beautiful!

So, Marcela is Mexican and she proved to the entire metal scene (specially to the Latin community) that we can record great music as well and not just simple demos. Something meaningful and really well-mixed. She was a pioneer and I really respect her for that. This weekend Stream of Passion will be in Eindhoven for a little reunion. If you have the chance, go check them out 😎🤘🏻
Of course, we have Sepultura as our reference. But don't get me wrong, Marcela played a huge role for younger generations. At least I got shocked during my time obsessed with symphonic metal 🤘🏻

@@snufkin1671 Yeah, I saw that. Two shows, September 8th and 9th. Unfortunately, I will be at the ProgPower USA festival in Atlanta, Georgia that weekend. But, they just announced they are working on a new EP, which, hopefully, will result in a tour to support it.
Just remember it wont be in this line up. Lori and Arjen were only with the group for this release and left. Arjen had used it as a launch vehicle to propel the singer forward. So he and Lori left shortly after the tours.
! don't care what anyone says, but i think this is great! I play music and listen to all types even if it is a girl or guy singing, but this takes the cake right here! One of the best voices i have ever heard!
