We are six sisters from Northern California, and this is our first original song! We wrote all the lyrics, melodies, and harmonies and Theron Feemster (Neffu) produced it. Our choreographer is Richard Jackson, who is Lady Gaga's head choreographer. This song means a lot to us and has a message we'd really like to share with you guys - the best things in life aren't things :)
We've included some footage of what we've been working on over the past year as well so you can see part of the journey we've been on. All of the outdoor footage was shot in Northern California, where we grew up. We had SO much fun making this video (self shot, produced and edited!) and we hope you enjoy watching it!

yeaaah. ive listened to them since 2011 and i used to be so obsessed with them all the way until 2014-2015, I dont really listen to them anymore though.
my best friend and i used to sing and dance to this 8 years ago. i remember sharing earphones with her with this song blasting almost full-volume while sipping on orange juice during recess. the little things made us happy. sad thing is, i never saw her again after 6th grade, and we never got to talk to each other even through online. i hope she's happy and healthy wherever she is, and i hope she will also remember me whenever this song comes on.

Okay let me tell y'all somethin'. I have been looking for this song for Y E A R S. YEARS. I only knew one line of it and I didn't know the band name until the James Charles thing. The only line I knew was "I don't need more than a t-shirt and jeans" and there are a LOT of songs in the world with that same line. So bless, I found it. Now I can play it over and over again until I get tired of it, but still jam out to it when it comes on randomly on my playlists. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
