I've been feeling very angry at everyone and everything, since yesterday. I really like the "watcher" perspective. It helps. My employer forced pay cuts in February which has caused much suffering. I've been working to maintain a positive mindset, but fantasies of bludgeoning my boss to a bloody pulp with a tree branch surface frequently. I watched this video twice today to arm myself with more positivity for what the day will bring. I have had soooooo much on my plate for the past five years that sometimes when I get in the shower in the morning I just cry my heart out and let the water wash away my tears but at the same time giving love and gratitude for the lessons and spiritual growth that comes from life’s challenges. As a light worker my path was never meant to be easy. It has been filled with hard knocks with little or no support as far back as I can remember. But it has only made me stronger.
