my BEA 71 series is shooting one staple at a time. You have to open it up and push stricker pin back down. Anybody out there who can help. Finding someone here in Jacksonville, Fl. Is proving to be very difficult. Where can you order parts? Thanks
Ronald Newby Hi Ronald sounds like there is a possible problem with the trigger valve assembly. Try these BEA details for the USA Phone +1 336-510-4232 Fax +1 336-510-4233 info@us.bea-group.comHope this is of some assistance.Best regards,Steve.
This usually means the exhaust air can’t get out of the back of the tool. Behind the pawl handle at the back underneath the airline connector is a silencer mesh made of wire. Take that out and try the tool. If it works correctly clean the mesh and put it back. You can use the tool without it but it’s a little noisier. I know this is an old question but might help someone else.
@@davebryant8050 from what you are describing i think the gummed up stuff is a part called the "bumper" its made of hard polly urethane that sits at the bottom of the cylinder. on those fasco guns ive seen that happen plenty of times for some reason they tend to wear out like that way it starts to almost melt, explains why it slowly started loosing compression thus not completing the drive cycle.
Unfortunately we are not aware of one but we do stock electric tools: mytoolkit.co.uk/collections/electric-staplers/products/maestri-71-series-electric-stapler-3-16mm mytoolkit.co.uk/collections/electric-staplers/products/tacwise-71-series-electric-staple-gun-6-16mm-71els Hope this helps but if you ever do source one please let us know!
Stapling & Nailing Supplies Ltd I appreciate you responding. I only have a small project, so it was hard to justify buying an air or electric. You have some informative videos!
Possibly - you require approx. 80 psi.
