Just wanted to share, I've been told that when you leave a glass of water (without a cap or lid) next to you bed while you sleep it absorbs all the bad energy. So you should do that to get rid of energy but in the morning you should toss that water out. It's actually really bad to drink it because you are taking in all the bad energy.
I usually leave a glass of water on days I feel really drained or I've just being fighting with someone or something has happened that I want to get rid of all that negativity.

It was a pleasure to watch this video, thank you! How well does your dog behave in that dog car seat? I bought the same thing for my dachshund but he jumps out of it so it was a total waste of money for me. (Now I just throw a blanket on the seat and have his leash on the headrest and this is the best solution for him.)

I think you should eat before doing workouts in order to have real results in your muscles because otherwise, you're just making them thinner since you literally extract the glucose reserve into them. It's just what I've read and if y'all can confirm it, I'd be glad. Ps. great video!
