As far as the parking goes, that's the same situation here in the states if you're talking a parking garage. I NEVER park the Z in a parking garage. I park out in the boonies, at least 5 spaces from the nearest car and up against a curb if possible so that no one can ding the curb side and i've got a lot more space on the non curb side in case some asshat decides to park next to me.

Love the content man, great info. I will keep my car now or upgrade to a Explorer or Cherokee for my daily driver just for more storage and room. Also if I plan to go into the city, I wont want to take my Corvette and parallel park where just about anyone can scrap you or park you in lol. But it's good know that you could daily drive it if you wanted.
With the new mag ride update it is now a good ride in tour mode. My wife and I take a lot of road trips and that was the only thing that prevented me from buying the Z06. Now I will be buying either the Z06 or the ZR1 with the new tour rid update. My son has a Z06 and since the mag ride update it has been terrific in tour mode. The update to the Z06 made it ride just like non mag ride Stingray in tour mode.
I had a 2006 manual Z51, I daily drove it for 5 years. Went from 32,000 miles to about 86,000. After putting a bunch of mods on it, I had to sell it in 2014. Great car to own...but you'll get killed for having miles on it when you sell it.. Mistake, should have kept it...
I daily drive my Stingray here in Indiana. I don't really have a commute for work, so that helps in the winter months. Great video as always, lots of good points made. The practicality of these cars is surprising. The trunk space on a C7 coupe is easily twice what I had in my G37 coupe. And I am very glad to hear another corvette owner say that your mood definitely is perked up when you drive anywhere. Great job with this video and it you've answered some of the questions I have about z06. Getting ready to retire in three years am thinking about z06 as a daily driver, which won't be too much of a daily driving in FL. More or less a symbolic for me of having one and take it to track (only in my mind for now, not cleared with the wife yet..). Definitely a pre-owned C8 or C7 z06 in three years. Thanks. Looking forward for your next video of your thoughts since you made this video and if you have anything else to add, such as you still liking it as daily driver, pros & cons, and etc...
Thank you. I now have a ZR1 and I still feel the same way about that car as I did my Z06. It's equally a fantastic daily driver and if I lived in a warmer climate I would daily drive it. It can be very tame or it can be an all-out beast depending on what you want.

Hey man so you mentioned that you used to have a 370Z. I currently have a 2009 370Z that I bought new. Last year I was in Vegas and rented a corvette stingray convertible and fell in love. I wanted to get the stingray but after going to a dealership with my wife and seeing the stingray, GS, and Z06 side by side my wife said I can only get the GS or Z06 because they look sexier. Would you recommend getting a GS or Z06? I went from a 2003 Tiburon GT, to a 2006 370Z, then 2007 Mazda CX-7 (wrecked the Z....sigh), then 2009 370Z. The jump from the Tiburon to the 350Z was mind blowing to me. I’m just afraid that the GS won’t be as much of a shock for me compared to the Z06, would you agree coming from a Z owner. I know 460hp for the GS from the 332hp of the Z isn’t anything to laugh at but 650hp for the Z06 puts a smile on my face just thinking about it.
