- Here’s an overview of the contents of my DM kit. I use this when running games away from home. Everything I need fits into one, compact bag. It’s not fancy, but I like having everything in one, easily managed package.

The portable dice tray is genius and I also still need to build a DM screen!
RE: The monster disks. I ran into a problem that required an identical solution when I got a short throw projector to display my maps.
The paper and plastic minis ended up casting shadows and obscuring the map, so I got a bunch of pre-cut wooden disks off of Amazon (12c/ea) along with pre-cut labels of the same size.
Grabbing art off of D&D Beyond I was able to crank out super cheap minis that store easily and still look great.

Why did you have a bottle cap in your dice bag?

Pouches on the outside would surely be the perfect places to put player-facing reference pages like the turn flowchart, for newbie con attendees?

Which size did you use for dm screen?
I assume it must be intentional so why have you left off so many skills from your table? Survival, persuasion, perception, nature, religion etc. Was it just space? Are those listed the ones you tend to forget?
