Play it as slow as you have to until you get it and then play it faster as you are able. Depending on your level you may have to play 100 times or more but that's fine. As you get better hard parts will require less and less repetition to play properly. As a general advice master all your scales, major, minor, chromatic as a minimum and arpeggios until they become second nature.
