Hi Zalinah, thanks for your comment. It’s not uncommon for pressure cookers to emit some noise during operation, as they work by building up steam pressure. However, the noise should not be deafening. It's possible that the noise could be due to the steam release process, which is a normal part of cooking with this appliance. According to the user manual, the cooker is designed to heat while exhausting steam, which may produce some sound. If the noise you're experiencing is continuous and unusually loud, it could indicate that the sealing ring is not properly positioned or that there is an issue with the steam release mechanism. For your safety and to prevent any potential damage to your cooker, we recommend checking the sealing ring and making sure that the lid is securely locked before starting the cooking process. If the issue persists, please refrain from using the device and contact our customer service for further assistance. You can reach out to us through one of our Social Media channels, or the support page on our website.

I have a problem ,after pressure coocking ,the lid is not unlocking for ages. The coocker just stays on 01 kPa for 1-2 hours until finally I can open and reach my food... I have tried waiting for the whole warming food process, which automatically starts after the pressure is down. I tried unplugging, restarting the cooker... every time, just the same nightmare
Hi Boris, thanks for your comment. We’re sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing with the lid of your HD2151 All-in-One Cooker not unlocking promptly. The lid is designed to lock securely for safety during pressure cooking, and it should release once the pressure is fully dissipated. If the lid remains locked for an extended period, it could be due to several reasons such as the sealing ring not being properly positioned or a malfunction in the pressure release components. Firstly, ensure that the sealing ring is correctly placed and that there are no food particles or debris obstructing it. After the pressure cooking cycle, allow the cooker to cool down as the lid may not open if the contents are still too hot. If the issue persists, it might be indicative of a need for servicing. For further assistance, we kindly advise you to reach out to our customer service team through one of our Social Media channels, or the support page on our website.

My pressure cooker made a deafening noise while cooking. It lasted the whole cooking time of 15min. Is that normal?
