Indeed the first start-up is represented by ourselves, and it is, therefore, essential today to develop an entrepreneurial approach towards our professional career, which allows us to analyze the scenario in which we are positioned constantly and to identify which investments to make in ourselves, based on what our current goals are. One thing that I have made my own for some years and that makes me a firm supporter is that today more than ever, it is imperative to value our network of relationships (alliances, friendships, collaborations) and how much our social capital, made up of genuine relationships, can be the best vehicle to circulate opportunities.
