I want to play Fifa 2022 with two controllers but I can't because the second player doesn't show his controller on Xbox.

If you could, reply me: I have Xbox series S and 2 controllers Xbox , I sync both but in figthing games like Killer Instinct and MK 11, the 2nd don't respond. I can t choose no character. I already did everything that are intuitive (add "guest" and whatnot). How the heck I can play my games in my Xbox, in my account with my two controllers?
