In my opinion, HKz won this battle solid. For all of Jeremy's talent, in a final battle, when he's used up a lot of his signature threads and footwork, someone with the freestyle gift that Xisco has will make him look rigid and a bit lost. Shane might have edged out Moy with some nice power/freeze combos, but only barely. Kid Columbia had a bit more to bring than Tata, even though he too had some hype moments. If Thesis had something to say in the original cut, they should have left it in.
Yo I don't care what anyone says, Bboy Tata liked one of my videos on instaham and that's real af. Showing love gives encouragement and that's what we all need to be doing
I dont think redbull wants to hire a bboy from competitor party. In the end, they just gonna hire every potential bboys to beat eachother (like Bboy Benji and Pocket to beat Bboy Lilou and Lil G or Issei)
a few have already made it to BC one, including Gravity, Moy, Pocket and Kareem. However, it's not awkward at all. If you watch sports, sponsored athletes perform in arenas and events hosted by competing sponsors and endorsements. There's always competition. #peace
I think tata was better before... like he used to be... a beast. But now, I think he wants to be a real bboy with footwork and lil bit power moves, but I dont think it fits him...
Part of hip hop is exploring different styles. Like in rap music, you try different beats and collaborate with R&B or funk to express yourself. Now with breaking, let's say you've accomplished powermoves to it's farthest extent. Why not try more footwork or toprock? It's okay to stick with signature but also important to be open-minded with incorporating variety. It is meaningful for the individual to do what they want, not how they are perceived.
@@chrisnguyen5922 Agree. I understand your point. I see lots of bboys improving and taking this principle (Skim, Vero, Issei, Kareem, Taisuke, etc). but sometimes that principle is not meant for everybody. For example, some of bboys stick to their 'style' in order to create their 'mark' / signature (which also fits with them), such as, Differ, Pocket, Roxrite, Neguin, Benji, and so on. They can do lots of powermoves, freezes and other moves. They also explore new tricks and combo that fit with their character (Can you imagine Roxrite using extreme powermove like Issei? He can probably do that, but he sticks with his style and improve his style). Same with Tata, he is a bboy that I see has lots of talent and I was rooting for him before. Now, I see Tata 'improve' his style, Yet I see him instead of 'improve', he 'changes' his own style. And, in my opinion, that doesnt fit him. One of best moment for Tata was when in Floor Wars with Morris and Machine. That I saw the real bboy Tata.
Moy's still awesome. Xisco also has great footwork but I hate that long ass turtle freeze. And then he turns slightly to the left and the crowd goes wild. No offense, but even an Amateur like me can do that one. Lol.
I watched this a few times to understand how this went against Monster. Xisco had a decent flow and battle presence I suppose but each time I see Monster winning fairly easily. I wonder had they entered as HaviKoro/BeastCoast as opposed to Monster they would have won. .
lil zoo = originality + dynamisme + style + good power moves + hard top rock original+ musicality+ a lot of freeze + hard footwork + hard acrobatic move + a lot of Cambos moves... He is complete.. rarely found bboy like him.
Is kid colombias first round even dancing? I love powermoves but I dont see any musicality in the movement, looks like a set that wouldve been done the same regardless of the song
Might be the dumbest thing ever heard. Moy is among the last of a dying breed of the yesteryear. Thesis is decent and all but cant even hold Moy's gym bag in the grand scheme of things.
Been a fan of breaking since 98, been a dancer for 8 years... Thesis and Moy are Legends already, watched Moy since bc one days, met him in australia in '08 and was humbled by the experience... theres no need to compare the 2 bro.
Moy is dope, no doubt,. I just mean his moves are a little less abstract than Thesis. Been a fan for a decade myself and met all the legends at the BBoy Championships after parties back when Korea came on the scene.
To upload a battle in such a short time after the event with good editing and quality, much love to Stance team
G
Not gonna lie, I was really feeling Xisco's rounds this entire jam. I wasn't even there and he made it feel like I was there
A tip: you can watch movies on Flixzone. Me and my gf have been using them for watching loads of movies during the lockdown.
@Ronan Maison yea, been watching on flixzone for since december myself :)
3:20 crew love
Yes that was a dope moment lol
Of course "Hustle kids" deserved the victory. It was very interesting battle with many creative moves from both sides! Thank you!
Hustle Kids definitely seemed very hungry for the win, good battle
love hustle kids, just dance and be yourself and have fun
Cras gomez lmao why are you trying to put everyone in a fucking box?

2 years late but what did thesis say?
@@chdz92 if I remember correctly, it was something about how real crews are better. Something close to that at least 😅

Thesis congratulated the Hustle Kidz after the victory, stating "Real Shit Wins"
I think he dissed hustle kidz
@@nokedwia.s.7753 nah it was a diss to monster
@0:07 oh hey Cillian Murphy is into breakin besides his acting career
kid Colômbia
LOL Shane has energy like a crackhead never fatigues it seems and TATA's imitations of Kid Columbias moonsault was with the smoothness.
It's gonna be real awkward if a member of Monster makes it to Red Bull BC-One.
bboy moy will!
I dont think redbull wants to hire a bboy from competitor party.

Holy fuck shane's last set
Wooo
crowd didn't like monster😂😂
That dude on 3:20 looks high
Moy's still awesome. Xisco also has great footwork but I hate that long ass turtle freeze. And then he turns slightly to the left and the crowd goes wild. No offense, but even an Amateur like me can do that one. Lol.
LOL, no you can't
haha, props
F145h1 yes I can. And so can you. lmao. do you actually think that move is hard?
Show us what you can do. What is your bboy name? Unless you are an eboy ;).
Collins Ongaya it's not about the move, it's the movement, not only what is done, but how it's done. educate yourself .
Monster - For b boys not good enough for RED BULL
YO, Jeremy's musicality is on another level.
any song identified here ?

Shane high key a beast
True.
Jeremy took every round, Moy took 1st round tied 2nd and lost 3rd, and Tata got smoked.

Is it me or was Moy was the weak link in this battle? Seems like Moy isn't as polished as he used to be.
Moy
Meh.... Shane and Kid Columbia repeated alot throughout the competition. Same sets over and over.
MyAznMuzik Tata?
hustle kidz didnt do much!!
Moy is a diet version of Thesis
lmfao!
