Hello i bought this particular watch however cant get it to download the fitbit app for neither of my smartphones. Do u know which type of phone I need?
How do I get back to settings on the watch itself ? I mean it only goes to Alexa if I press the button and hold.
I clicked Alexa and hit save. So that is all that was selected.
I can’t get to tracking workouts on my watch, like weight lifting.
I have a Samsung, it works for me
My Versa 2 only lasted for 18 months, they did not think worthy of replacing it when it only lasted this long, certainly not worth spending money when they last like they are disposable watch
I’ve had my Versa 2 for 3 years. This includes 3 summers of pool and ocean swimming. Others have noticed what a great watch this has been for me. I can’t complain.
The watch survived salt water?! That’s so useful since I’m going soon
Does it do a pretty good job of tracking your steps… one of the watches said I was taking steps when I was sitting at my desk

I used one for a couple years, but living in Maine it broke after I wore it below the minimum temperature of -4F
Its on sale for 100$ and I picked it up. I never had a smart watch but I'm trying to lose weight and I like having a health tracker. Hopefully it still holds up.

I don’t understand the Spotify thing. If I have a Spotify premium membership, I can’t just switch songs from the smartwatch?
been using this for a while not sure how accurate the heartrate monitor is seems like it shows an average heart rate over a period of time rather than the instantaneous heart rate. Why i stopped using it is one because of the fitbit app alot of things are paywalled, and two when I had a 256 bpm heartrate my watch was saying 120.
I got this for Christmas can’t wait to use it for my exercise

Can't find the app for the versa 2
I had my Versa 2 for less than a year. I never got it wet, but and now it stopped working. I contacted tech support, but because I lost my receipt of where I bought it they won't help me. Make sure you keep your receipts. these watches die before the year is up. My wife had the same thing happen to hers, but fortunately she had her receipt and they sent her a new one. I will never buy a fitbit again.

Brought mine and sent it back within a couple days. Highly inaccurate steps counter, i had under 100 steps, drove to work and had 1200 steps. And to stop that happening you have to keep logging your driving time. My Fitbit inspire HR never has this problem. So going back to the old one.

Versa 3 and versa sense do not allow you to store your own music on the watch which is a deal breaker for me. I'll stick with versa 2.

It has a walk setting and pretty much everything else
I have just finished using my second Versa II. My first one lasted 14 months, my second one lasted only 5 months and now is just shows a snow screen on the face. I am a moderately active senior, I don't believe I have abused or misused it but it no longer works. I have looked into the 2 year warranty but can not figure out how to use the warranty. I am now looking at other manufactures for a similar product.

Hi! I just sold my Fitbit Versa 3, I need something to actually have my music locally and just go phone free with a watch and buds only.. Also does Versa 2 have Google assistant as the Versa 3 and Sense option or it is alexa only?

Just an FYI: I wore mine for 3 days when I first got it and ended up with a rash on my wrist. I did some digging online and found that a number of people had a similar reaction.
But it's something with the OG Fitbit band. I have tons of bands I ordered online and none of them do this.
I have a Garmin Fenix 6x and i had the same issue once.
I also found it with my Fitbit Inspire. I found that when I wore it looser, I didn't get that rash. It was pretty bad and making it looser got rid of it completely
I have had Fitbits for several years and it was always my one complaint. Every one I have owned has done this. It's the rubber and moisture/dirt being held in. Daily cleaning and switching wrists when I sleep to give a break to the primary location fixes the issue for me.
@@timgil7830 It's just weird to me that Fitbit has some ingredient, specific to just their band, that is giving people rashes. I wear the band I got off of Amazon for days on end with zero issues.
@@FLdancer00 idk what it is. I just switched to a fabric elastic band a few hours after writing the comment. I think Fitbit would do well getting rid of that rubber.

Yes you will see text and call but won’t be able to reply and you can only pick up and hang up calls

Don't use in water, many have reported it stopped working. Mine too stopped working after swimming...

It's inaccurate when determining how many calories you burn. Also it has a problem or at least used to register steps while you were inactive. I wouldn't recommend. But those aside it's really great and convinient
If you have your tracker on your wrist, yes you get some inaccuracy . I put my
Fitbits just above my right ankle under my sock. More accurate for steps that way.
Apple 8 on my wrist for health measurements. I only use Fitbits only for miles and steps now.

Bought this watch from a dude who's comes up and all he asked for was 20$
My wife got offered a versa 2 gray, myself a black one. She has all originals while I am on my 4th band in 2.5 years! Each one last between 4-6 months, the black band quality is just so bad that it is making me think on getting now a xiaomi band 6 (I got this for my kids instead of any versa after these quality issues/price) or the just released 7 since these can be almost bought by the price of a band replacement! Stay away of the black bands and think twice if fitbit is really worth the money.
Loved mine until I got into a pool. 4 days later it was dead😢
I bought a fit bit versa 2 the strap is held on with the same tech as your toilet paper roll. A great watch but not worth the money when it falls off constantly and you eventually loose it. I suggest the “Charge”
you can purchase other straps 😅

highly not recommend the charge its just a cut down versa feature wise

I was debating getting versa 2 but seeing it in this review... it looks really dated. the interface and screen looks ancient
Don't buy. When the warranty period is over and something goes wrong, you simply throw it away!!! Really poor service.
I wouldn’t expect a company to cover repairs or replacement after the warranty period. If they do, that is awesome. But not the norm.
@@fdrstan You are missing my point. After the warranty there is no way to repair the unit EVEN if I am prepared to pay for it. After all it it out of warranty.

1000s ofusers had the green HRM led stop working just over a year later. No help form the manufacturer... Not a bad device, but unreliable. You can buy three decent generic Chinese watches for this price. If I find one for 100 bucks, I might consider it...might. "Fool me again..." I guess
