Yeah I think Proto Stanley and Mac are all part of the same conglomerate and Stanley owns them also that's why they're all similar but Stanley's always going to have the best at the end of the day because they own everybody
I assumed they were South Pacific, like Taiwan, South Korean, or Chinese. But I found out they are made in New Britain, Connecticut. Maybe it's just the battery power tools and the Harbor Freight junk. Go America!
