Hi Mam, Bahut Achi improvement hai, Krishnav will do wonders in future. You has turned his autism to his advantage by working on his issues and eventually language is flourishing. My son is 2 years 2 months now, We are working on him from last 4 months. Improvement hai but no speech till now, Randomly babble and words bolta hai kabhi kabhi. Pointing aa gai hai but only to get things. He is able to communicate non verbally, like baahar ghumne jaane ke liye shoes laake dena ya apni mummy ko kapda laake dena. usko baahar ghumna pasand hai. usko toe walking and hand flapping nai hai, kabhi kabhi round round spin karta hai ya fir cheezen spin karta hai. jaise hum rhymess bolte hai wheels on the bus to kuch actions karta hai like sssh ssh ssh, ya fir johny johny ke last mein ha ha ha karta hai. kabhi kabhi hamare saath khelta hai like pakdo pakdo and chup jaata hun to dhundta hai.
Uska Main problem attention and speech, understanding hai or solitary play with bangles, or balls or gems. how did you work on attention , especially joint attention. Waise he is very loving , daat bhi samjh mein aati hai usko. koi sleep ya gut issue nai hai.

I am in same situation with you,what worked for me is I hired a full day nanny. Then I have given a live demo of what all activities we need to do at home suggested by therapist or from UA-cam. After few times demo if they are comfortable with the task I used to ask them to do those activities with my son. But always kept an eye on what they are doing, because they don't understand the situation properly or don't care so they try to do halfheartedly.
