Polish off (eat all of it), smell (normal/off/old/spoiled), sniff, Taste, flavor, swallow, spit it out, take a bite, bite into (bite sth larger than your mouth), take a bite out of sth, have a bite (if someone can taste it or have a small amount of it), take a bite to eat (need to eat sth), grab a bite to eat, nibble on sth (cheese, cookies), snack on sth, chew, munch (food makes noise - apples, cookies), devour sth (eat a large amount of food), pig out (too much food/unhealthy food. Munch can mean chew or snack.
I munch on some apples in the mornings.
Devoure means eat all of it very quickly.
My cat devoured the whole piece of meat in a second.
Polish means clean it with a cloth, and make it shiny.
Polish something off means you finish it, and you eat it all of it ,and your plate has no food left on ,and the plate is clean.
My sister always polishes her lunch off.

Why on Mondays?
Teenagers are always hungry. After polishing off their plates at dinner time, they can ask for a snack in half an hour. When he was a kid , he had a habit of nibbling on bread going home from the bakery. Keep this cartoon of milk in the fridge or it might go off. Smell it before you taste it . In our Islamic cultur we should or have to polish off the dish and (.....)ldont the word it look like ((eating your fingers))after finishing your meal and say ((al hamdo lelah))which means thank God. And befor eating you must say (besmelah al Rahman alraheem)thank you teacher Mike.

I am learning English and I have my own channel
They just pigged out on potato chips while they watched the movie. If you "pig out", you eat a lot of something.
Smell any foods is impotart because if the food stale we cannot eat it it's dangerous, but japanese people eat puffer fish cook it sometimes do you want to try it?

I eat a lot of "weird" stuff, but if it's dangerous, I probably haven't had it.
