Holy smokes…First, bravo, sir. I was very curious to know how an argument regarding such a complex topic was going to be portrayed; and this was EXTREMELY well done. In all its heart breaking brutality; which there’s plenty of, there is SO MUCH that could be unpacked from this. (Trying hard to keep my counseling hat off here 😂) I do appreciate the care that went into making this. It wasn’t just an instant screaming match, rather it had that slow burning underlying feelings of hurt and betrayal. The pauses, the change of tone, it all really really sold this one. I am very much looking forward to part 2!

I generally don’t have this kind of trust issues because I strive for clear communication because I’m on the spectrum of things. My trust issues are when people say they are fine when their body language clearly says different things. I’m easily confused about the nuances of emotions.

I think it's amazing that yt suggested this to me right after I saw a video of a girl joyfully destroying paintings her boyfriend's ex gave to him years ago. It's was incredulous to watch how she was laughing and ridiculing the love letters written behind the canvases. Her boyfriend was just on the side and (imo) was awkwardly laughing as she demonstrated "how to handle gifts by your boyfriend's exes that you find in the trunk of their car".

I loved it, but I hated the fact that the female character made a scene of unjustified jealousy and, above all, invaded the boyfriend's privacy, it's like wtf, I was sorry that it ended like this, but it was totally reasonable that he left
She accuses him of being unfaithful because of a birthday card that has been in his cloust for years, even he did not know it was there, and he cut it for her, but she keeps letters from her ex and keeps them on her table, and refuses to cut them the same as he did with the birthday card 💀 I know it is supposed To be me, but she really crossed the line. This is no longer just trust issues. She literally keeps something from her ex, but gets angry because of something that was there for years that he doesn't even remember! If anyone was being unfaithful it would be her, She’s being a B

Don't mind me. Just sitting here trying not to laugh at the hypocrisy of Hank's girlfriend (aka the listener, the old me). Yeah I used to do that but realized it wasn't worth it, and not right to judge my partner for things done in the past.

This was super good Hank! But am I the only one who felt like this was just a good way to air out how insecure people are and how they take it out on their significant others? Idk but digging through someone’s stuff a) isn’t okay and getting upset about something that has obviously been a huge frustrating point in the relationship that doesn’t seem to actually be a problem and THEN pinning it on the other person is b) not okay either. Maybe that’s just me I but if I ever found out someone was digging through my things I would have a very big problem very fast and I know I wouldn’t appreciate it if someone made me out to be the villain when I was just trying to love them. That screams insecure and I think people seem to romanticize that. I think you did a great job of putting it into perspective how it hurts everyone in the relationship and isn’t something that’s cute and quirky. Great job!

I have a really hard time listening to audios like this. Not argument audios in general but this argument specifically. I dated this guy and had to deal with the reproductions of his ex that did this sh!t to him. It really hurt me to see the surprise in his face when he put on one of his favorite shirts and said, "oh sorry my ex got this for me I'll get rid of it," and I told him not to. If any of you girls out there do this to guys just know that it does hurt them. He didn’t keep the shirt cause he still loved her he kept it cause he loved the design. Our kings don't deserve this.
