I’m not sure you need a crystal halberd. I can’t say for sure about TOB but for corp you definitely don’t need it. If you kill corp in a duo, and you get kill credit for the boss and the other person deals the final damage with a crystal halberd then you get the CA finished. At least that’s how it used to be because I got that achievement without having a crystal halberd.
