a little bit about Evelyn - She's a sadist demon and she is basically on stealth in game and she only "shows up" when she kills you. The heart smoke is one of her abilities. A charm that she uses to lure you in the dark.
To add on specifically in kda(this skin line) she is thought to be a serial killer that kills all the men she dates.
A little bit about Evelynn - her name is spelled with double "n". Which is also incorrectly done in the subtitles.

when she said "she's a viper" I almost screamed. She's not a viper (my mind went to cassiopeia). She is one of the oldest demon in the entire universe of LoL. She's an assassin that lures her prey.

She's never shown in full light because that's the entire point of Evelyn though, you don't see her until it's too late.

Kai'sa was very likely hurt by covid situation. would have probably taken the longest to put together due to the amount of dance performance mo-cap tied in with animation. Eve's and Ahri's are mostly animated with very little mo-cap. at least, that's how i feel.
@@vincentdarkrosrayne i assumed so as well, which is why Akali never got a solo video either. I mean, she had the Genius interview, but it's not the same

Kai'sa's video was amazing! It's just not geared for your typical CGI hurr durr amazing graphics type fan. It's a great dance video and also it features a very prominent Kpop dancer.
@@clon1122 I appreciated Bailey Sok's work for the video, I know of her choreos so that's not a problem. I'm just saying personally it seems like a let down on Riot's part to have your main dancer...not even dance in the video. At all. That's what doesn't make sense. They could've mo-capped Bailey for even a 10-15 second sequence in the vid, it just didn't make sense lore-wise for her to not even be in her own video
As a very much non-visual-art person, hearing all you guys' explanation of how they achieved some of these effects was really cool

We got so many comments, so here it finally is. The video is even longer than usual since there is so much to talk about with Villain!
I know it might feel like cheating to be in front of the camera "reacting" to something you've already seen, but seeing you light up when your friend/classmate gets excited by the thing you like is super gratifying to the audience! It's still a reaction, and it adds a nice extra layer to the video.
Love the analysis. Not many reaction videos have the wisdom to add this much value to "just a reaction".

I heard them talking about keeping her face in the shadows because it is very difficult to animate a realistic face. That is a true difficulty in animation but because of that you know have to let them react to Popstars and More!
Actually, Evelynn can take on the form of someone's desire (so male, female, nonbinary, etc.) and feed off their pain after tricking her prey. Ahri is the one that feeds off "emotions" or, really, memories.
Well actually, it's crazy how they've seen that she stays in the shadow. Her passive ability in the game, pretty much is some sort of shadow form of herself

I see you guys are doing quite some League stuff (which I think is awesome), so I'm really looking forward to a reaction of 'ANNIE: Origins | League of Legends' - which is by far my favourite unique 'animation' from Riot Games.
I also think 'As We Fall | Varus Music Video' is a good one.

Hey guys since you guys are animators i would like to recommend a video called "Lullaby for a Princess" by Warpout the video has 50 million views. Its a 7 minute music animation that took him 2.5 years to hand draw. Its about two sisters the oldest called Celestia ( who controls the sun/day ) and the younger Luna ( who controls the Moon/night ) who fight because Luna is jealous that everyone is up and doing stuff during the day time while sleeping and ignoring the night that she creates. Celestia loves Luna deeply but the only way to win is to seal her away on the moon for 1000 years. Even after this time she misses her younger sister and while she lowers the moon to make way for the daytime she is singing her sister a lullaby while she tucks her in to sleep for the day. And everything in this video is cannon for the show. The fandom this belongs to loves watching people react to this video and others from the show/fandom. The fandom will flock to new channels that react to this video and others like it. But you have to have an open mind when going into this because its something that you probably would never consider watching on your own. If you decide to watch it I cant wait to see your reaction if not that ok I understand why its not for everyone

I love it! The cinematography of Villain is insane! It'd be awesome if you react to *I'll show you* concept video of Ahri's song. Both videos are my favorite, I wish Kaisa's song had a concept like them :') I like it anyways but still..
