All this time, and NO ONE told me, ever, what bit was short for. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Twenty four bits...
Finally a simple yet straightforward explanation of how bits and computer works. Other videos are complex to understand my IQ lol
0:50 This explanation is enough for learning about Bits or Binary. His single explanation makes us understand a lot about binary numbers. He is 100% correct.
Agreed
Thank you, can't wait to learn more👍
Did'nt asked + don't care+ ratio'ed + your mom belongs to me +i won!
Yep, we finally found a video which we can understand. The others are just confusing.
Thanks a lot 👍 we expected within a long time for this video
Ict homework be like :
this is animated very well.
well done. 👍
Superb! Nicely explained the basic concept of Binary. Thank you very much.
Most welcome!
k 🤨
Basic.Concise.Easy to follow and understand. Great work! Thank you.👍
You are welcome!
your explanation is superb keep going
THANK YOU SO MUCH I HAD TO MAKE A VIDEO WITHIN 3 MIINS THE OTHER VIDEOS I WATCHED WERE OF MORE THAN 7 MINS THIS HELPED ME IN MY COMPUTER PROJECT WORK.
Glad it helped!
This channel is so underated
I really appreciate you🙏
Thanks sir your the best
I understand everything you thought me thxx
1:44 Actually, that's wrong! the computer can't use decimal because transistors work as switches to open or close voltage flow from transistor to other
but isnt that what he said, if not then im not paying much attention because i cant get much sleep and im very sleepy indeed
they said "if they could use binary" that means that they cant
didnt ask
don't remember anyone asking for your opinion
thank you very much
Thank you.
this was very helpfull , thanks
Glad it was helpful!
Best in ICT class..🤓🤓
This the first time i understand binary.. Credit for simplifying
Me too
Thank you!😊
You're welcome 😊
love it
Like a neuron firing? It's either on or off? (or at rest but thats besides the point)
How can I get information
thats a good one
Would you explain how video broken down into digit, it's not text. Not even connected into ascii stuffs
each pixel on your screen can be represented with binary
it’s also how your computer screen shows you where your mouse cursor is
Thank you sir
Welcome
Nice!
Thanks!
Binary is great! After I liked this video, it now has 1000101011 likes
I see only 10 like = 2

really sir..
thank you very much...
Cool
this is a great vid keep it up
Thanks!
im gussing the weight of a decimal or octal number represent the number of bits in it cool !!
you really do deserve a million subscribers...best of luck #gcflearnfree.org
You are like yeah...
Oh what an awful dream 1s and 0s everywhere yeah and I thought I saw a 2
It´s impressive all they can do just with 1s and 0s, right!?
2 mins of sadness
who is here for ict ???
My homework is to watch this video
Not really "decimal" so much as base 10, but that's a whole other can of worms, so I can understand simplifying that for an audience that most likely is used to only thinking in base 10 anyways.
Who here watched this because of lockdown and because were in home schooling
In a way, me. :)

I thought this would teach me how to understand binary code......I’m sad now
Sorry to hear it! However, you'll note the Basics part of the video title, which indicates more of an overview of binary than the specifics.
This video got recommended to me by UA-cam because it knows I'm working on a video about binary and hexadecimal that I'm posting within the next week or so. I think you might enjoy it.

First
Nah whos here from fnaf lore
this is a terrible explanation... the bits are associated with numbers 128,64,32,16,8,4,2,1 so if you want the number 1 the bite would look like 00000001 two would be 0000010 and three would be 00000011 as you can see the end numbers are added together to form number 3 and number four would look like 00000100
