terrific capture! does anyone know if E23 is a female? s/he looks larger than M15.
That's a really tough one, as I understand juvenile feathers are longer to aid flight.
It’s really hard to tell because eaglets are bigger than their parents at first, until they use more energy. But I still think E’s a boy, because, to me, still looks a tad smaller than F23. But none of us really knows. It doesn’t really matter, I guess, as long as our beloved E remains healthy and strong❤
