Hi what would you recommend for a stage 1 golf r ? im currently on stock plugs and coils but didn't know if I should upgrade or leave the alone? if I was to upgrade what should I use? I have see people using rs7 plugs and rs3 coil packs on there golf r's what do you think ?? thank you
It can vary depending on the plug, the sealing washer and the material of the cylinder head. If you have a vehicle and plug in mind i may be able to assist.

Stage 1 use NGK R7438-8, Stage 2 fast road use NGK R7438-8, Stage 2 track use R7438-9

06K905601M is the stock part number for this vehicle 30nm on these. They have a copper sealing washer.
