I don't want to denigrate my own country but India is dirty, look at Delhi. Cleanliness is serious problem which also leads to diseases. We need municipality level reforms which I think can only b implemented by state governments (correct me if i am wrong) but we can't hide. I m happy that Modi govt. atleast started a talk of Cleanliness & sanitation. Before him, it wasn't even an issue which GOI or state govt. ever thought about. Cities like Indore r success story but we only have handful of such cities.
GOI should also pass a bill for fines if someone is caught throwing TRASH in public, states govt. as part of their responsibility setup trash-cans at all public places. Clean Public toilets which r maintained properly is essential in all cities & tourist places.
Sabse pehle to govt ko pani mei zehr milake 50 -60 cr logo ko tapka dena chye jisse population kam hogi then simultaneously cleanliness bhi bhad jayegi 👍🏾👍🏾
