Sir one who is having instrusive thoughts will only understand we get more than 60 thousands thoughts per day aur agar usma 10 percent bhi instrusive thoughts hua toh pura din thoughts ko dispute karna ma chala jaiga we should just bhi aware of the thoughts and without disproving or reacting we should focus on thoughts we want.
