Living in the house for 2 months. Ventilation is not finished. 4cm rock woohl insulation to cover inperfection of construction and blinds boxes is stil missing. Heating two flors with 215m^2 to 22 degres and 80 m^2 of basement to 18-20 degres with Thermia Inverter Mini 7kW and two 300m loops underground. This week we had snow and temperatur from - 5 to 0. No problems and enought reservs. Overall no regres!
with the construction, so far so good, Living conditions i will see when i move in the house. Ventilation is not necessary. Same as classic construction. I was not sure to do it or not but it was now or never decision.
