Just a tip, the 6013 is not a deep penetrating rod but it is excellent for old rusty joints and painted surfaces. The 6011 is the one you want for deep penetration.
I have a new unit with instructions and it clearly states that with 120 VAC a 50 AMP breaker is required. But it provides an adapter from large diameter 220 VAC cable coming off the unit to a conventional 120 plug with ground. Something was lost in translation.
Yes, translation NFG. No 120 volt plug is rated to 50 amp. Highest I've seen is 20 amp for 120 volt wire guage wire. I have had no problem on a standard 15 amp, 120 volt plug.

And 1/8 too
That welding table is a classic, can double as a rod bucket for the spent rods
I think I'll get one. Never welded before
I have one in these it is a really nice welding plant.
I agree, for the price and being able to use 120 volt, it is a nice unit.
Thanks!
Do you ever run into the Duty Cycle? Like the welder will just shut off to cool off for a bit.... Thoughts?
The welder didn't shut off on me, but it would if you welded for a long time.
Hello friend, it works with the 110 home connector
Yep, thats why I bought it.
@@farmboyfixes Thank you friends
What’s the thickest you can weld with the 6013 with the top lion welder
It does have a 240 volt adapter, which I didn't use. On 120 volt, I would do 1/4".
