Freeman will have to average 107 R per year through age 39 just to make it to the bottom of this list. The Dodgers have some great hitters around him, but that's not happening. The one with the best shot is probably Soto. But even he would need to average 95 R per year for the next 14 years. That would take him through his age 38 season. If he can make it through age 40, then an average of 83 R per year would do.
Rickey Henderson's career record is by far the most underrated career record of all time. It's the unifying force from day one to now. Something both home run hitter and base stealer have in common. To get as many runs as possible
All of these guys played in the same lineup with several heavy hitters the majority of their careers. Ripken spent the majority of his career on a weak Peter Angelos owned team. That makes a difference.
It's amazing someone retired for 125 years is still in the top 10 of this category
Another list showing how underrated Cap Anson was
no joke
This list is going be unchanged for a while. The current active leader is Freddie Freeman with 1,217 runs scored (tied for 172nd place all-time)

how many miles these men ran in baseball spikes? Incredible achievement
It always amazes me that cal Ripken jr never makes these lists even though he played every game for 16 straight seasons
Cal is one of only 7 players to have both hit 3000 hits and 400 homeruns.
With all the wonderful names that came before him, it's impossible. Plus most were plain just better players.

Hank Aaron and babe Ruth 2174 each impressive
And Babe was basically only a pitcher his first 5 years so yeah, there's that too!!
Didn't Ricky Henderson finally retire last year?
