As far as the burgers go, that massive fire he used to cook it makes me think that one of two things most likely happened.
Either A. That singed the entire burger from the outside in and is beyond well-done.
Or B. We know that pretty much everything is frozen. If they didn’t let the meat thaw before cooking it, then you have a burnt burger exterior with a raw interior. And the most inner part could still be cold or even frozen still since there wasn’t enough heat to reach the inside with how short they were on the flame for.
Either way, I find it highly unlikely that the customer ordered it done in either of those manners.
With all meats, especially beef, it’s much better to have the heat lower and have it take longer to cook. But in a restaurant so focused on saving money on even the basics like pizza crusts… I don’t think they’re the kinds of people that would want to let food cook for longer (or would Sebastian know that’s what you’re supposed to do…) as it would slow down the service a little.
So yeah, that’s my main theory when it comes to what Gordon’s criticizing him for.
The burger would taste like charcoal from the flame up.

@@Thundross yeah but you want people to get immersed into the story that you are commenting on. It's the only thing I would change, the editing was great and can I say the lack of Gordon Ramsay memes was actually nice.
The interrupting commentary and lame jokes ruined what would be an interesting video.
