I'm waiting for the next brisket video where you do everything flawlessly and come out with the perfect brisket! Also, I'll be buying the Char-Griller Grand Champion this coming weekend! I'm so excited to upgrade my offset smoker. I'm also hoping to build my own smoker this year as I have learned how to weld. My first project was a baffle similar to the one you have for your OKJ. It came out pretty good for my first welding project. My intentions for welding was to fabricate my own smoker mods! My next project is to weld my own charcoal basket for my current smoker. Keep up the good work buddy. You have the potential to be up there with the others like Baby Back Maniac and T-Roy.
