I would buy this Bible for the charts. I have gotten interested in genealogies the last couple of years and they can definitely get complicated. I also like the fact that some maps are included within the context of the text. Thank you for introducing this Bible on your channel. :)

But you helped me decide to try it out; my copy arrived today. :) I was an editor for many years and would often suggest breaking up large blocks of text into lists and charts to help with engagement and readability, exactly as this Bible does. I’m very excited to read through it, especially some of the “drier” parts of the Old Testament. Like you, I’m just hoping the translation is legit, haha. Their discussion of literal vs. dynamic gives me hope though.

I've been brought up with KJV and am comfortable with it. That being said, I am enjoying reading the Readable Bible and would recommend it.
