Same for me I was just diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 37 and I have always tried to be organized and wondered why I couldn't and now I know 🤷🏽♀️
Saaaaaaame. It’s horrible because I feel like a failure for never being able to keep my house cleaned, but it’s also just because my brain can’t do executive function tasks like cleaning or putting things away after I’m done with them. ADHD has been such a struggle.

Same 35 and was just diagnosed and started meds an now my whole world finally makes sense.. Its still pretty horrible lol but now I know why and being in the know feels good.

The way you had that ADD moment in the kitchen is me; every day of my life. I brush my teeth, comb my hair and put on deodorant while simultaneously try to change my clothes, scrub the sink & clean the toilet. Then I think, well since I’m cleaning the sink & toilet May as well clean the shower and my entire kitchen 😂 Such a problem man

I have this vacuum and I love it. The difference is the vacuum head. The one you have is the carpet one. There is one for hard floors with a soft brush at the front. Makes a huge difference

I have so many issues with vacuums. I just got a cheap one off Amazon that does the job with two cats and a dog and a toddler. I don’t love it but does what I need it too.

The spices won’t hurt you but they lose their potency. I would recommend checking them for mold because sometimes when we cook and sprinkle from the container over the steaming pot the steam goes into the spices and that will make it go moldy… learned that the hard way
Sarah! Girrrl you are the best, keep those 40 min blogs coming. Any chance on an upcoming blog you can do a tutorial on the Breville? Tips and tricks or just show your latte process from start to finish? I have one on the way and could use a lesson from the coffee queen. Happy Holidays ❤
