Really it's amazing informative videos it's makes me easy cost effective purchasing solution, thanks for making available such a huge information.
All these claims that we are the only we are the best, we offer the best prices are all lies. I have visited the store with my mom and their staff was not even willing to entertain us. The attitude of the owner was nasty to the say the least. I could not describe how incredibly offended I was to even stand in the store.

Thanks. I have same experience. Owner is saying their App is excellent and you will visit App. When I called the staff ask me to visit the showroom and I wanted a site visit. For site visit, he said first I need to visit their shop. Then I said owner claim on youtube then he said you need to talk to owner when he will visit in the second half. Thanks for your feedback. I will visit Hippo now.

All false information given. When you visit you find the rates escalated about 40 percent and stupid answer given that those rates mentioned in video are for our dealers and not retailers. Product in question is SPC flooring. Vlogger may like to get it clarified from showroom else people will get fooled all the way.

So after watching this video, I went to their shop in Kirti Nagar , the rates were double than the video, the lady who was showing was the most disinterested Sales person i have ever met.. I even asked her that your rates are different than the video and app to which she replied that 'yei h dekh lo... Video m alag hota h'

I downloaded the their mobile App. It does not work. Somehow I managed to register myself with different ways. I selected Rs 299 site visit option and got the message on App that it is submitted. Later I did not got any call from them and then I called the mobile number and said Mobile App is not working if you need site visit and help then they said their charges is Rs 1500. This raise a question for me if Owner is saying something on UA-cam that is not respected by the people you pick the phone. He asked by to visit the shop.
