The Seven Churches -Part 4

Revelation 2: 12-17
The third church was in Pergamum…a city that worshipped many Gods.
Jesus writes to tell them who He is!
He reminds them He is the one and all-powerful God.
He acknowledges that they have remained faithful but Satan has his throne there.
There is evil all around….be careful. Keep your relationship with God STRONG.
Be on constant lookout for obstacles keeping us from doing what we know is right.
The solution is Acknowledge your sin, Repent, Ask for forgiveness ,
Otherwise Jesus will fight against us.
He promises that He is the Bread of Life…with Him we will have our souls full and will lack nothing.
He also promises us that we will be innocent in His eyes and He will write a special new name for us on the white stone of judgement. He will continue to show His special love for us.
Jesus will fill our souls and we will not be in need of anything!
