My mom and dad both sides have mental diagnosis and suicide. I’m seeking therapy, medication, and group. I now getting the understanding of Jesus. I have a few support system such as husband, aunt, church, group, therapist.
May God give you the strength to endure. I suffer from similar conditions as you and found an amazing counselor to speak to, daily write in my journal and repeat scripture verses that I've placed all over in places that I frequent have helped. Yes indeed, God has had me gratefully stumbling upon sound therapist talking about childhood trauma, emotional neglect and inner child vs. Adult child. So finding this servant of God being used as His vessel bringing me this message in the middle of spiritual warfare in my home with my sons father, emotional and verbal abuse amd toxic environment for our son. So, sons father amd I aren't in active addiction anymore, and he works full time , has a need for meds to balance his chemistry butbhe refuses and was a smoker and he used pot as his psych med amd pain med for his degenerative back. We are stable now, not in a loving relationship just coexisting for our son. Buy he is so verbally assaulting, always sees the negative instead of the positive but God is meeting me right where I am and as I cried this am for being wone up yelled at over a charger block God led me to this intelligent anointed woman of God! The way she corelates physical illness with the emotional generational trauma and the discernment God has given her about the Neurons looking like...well there goes my brain fog. I forgot what she comparer it ti but it was food I think? Rewatching now, "You were trying to get to a sound mind without feeling any emotion?" 24:02 and 25:20 25:30 to 26:20 to 30

That’s ok, God loves us just as we are even before we accept Him as Savior 1-We have to Amit we are sinners - Romans 3:23 All have sin and come short of the glory of God 2-Believe in Jesus as Savior John 3:16 For God so love the world that he gave His only begotten Son , that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. 3- Confess our sins to Jesus and ask for forgiveness. 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness I didn’t understand Bible either - but I got a study Bible and google stuff write them down , study them and ask Holy Spirit for help. ❤ it doesn’t matter how bad things are with us God loves us anyway, we just have to make a first step and come to Him… Be Bless - Try to visit a church near you or ask a friend about a church where you can go
