I love it, but I recommend adding at least five inches of bedding.
Hi! I live your channel! I can’t believe you almost have 1k!!
There should be more bedding.. but at the same time she did the right thing because her hammy could've started climbing the bars by going on top of platforms easily.
Hamster should have at least 6-8 inches of bedding but some hamster wont even start burrowing until there is 10-12 inchs of bedding :)
@@itsolivia2723 makes sense! I used to have a hamster years ago.. but since then I once owned two female gerbils and like hamsters.. they LOOOOVE to burrow the same ways. Plus with sand lol since they are "desert rats"
@@Jay-jw2xr yes! My hamster LOVESSSSS to burrow but he will only burrow in katee clean and cozy and boxo 😂🤣😅
Hamsters are burrowing animals, that amount of bedding does not suit their need to burrow. You should have at least 6 inches of bedding for burrowing.
i put 5 inches of bedding but my hamster dosent like to burrow. she takes the bedding and takes it into her little house. so it’s unnecessary
@@sierrabrown5579 it’s not unnecessary, I gave my hamster 9 inches of bedding and she finally started digging. You should always have at least 5 inches of bedding, it’s a necessity for hamsters since they are burrowing animals.
@@spir I agree
@@sierrabrown5579 hamsters need at least 5-6 inches if there not digging you need more my hamster has tons of bedding and she digs a lot
@@spir yes i agree. the only real excuse you could have was if your hamster has a medical condition (and the vet specifically told you to not let them burrow), if they’re in a hospital cage, or if they’re too old.
Hi this is not a hate comment but I would recommend at least 5 inches of bedding I would also recommend putting them into different cages because they can fight each other and kill each other so I would recommend that and getting another wheel so they can all have their own wheel if you’re going to keep them in the same cage I would also not put that yellow stuff into the water because normal filtered water is fine Your hamsters are very cute🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍❤️❤️❤️❤️
She’s doing what is best for her hamsters soooo is u say this is not a hate comment don’t put rude stuff in it
@@carliehill8215 no she is not, this person is absolutely right and even if it’s rude she is just telling the truth and wants to help her wtf?
There are kids on here don’t say the f word and I was just giving my ipinun
@@carliehill8215 what kind of opinion is this? Doing what’s best for a hamster does not choose the owner, every hamster should have the best life and she is clearly not even giving them their minimum needs, and the comment wasn’t rude at all!! Bye you have to at least be 16 to have yt?
@@carliehill8215 she’s not doing what’s best she’s doing what she knows we are further educating her, so she can give her hamsters a happier life.😭
I love the video but I just want to add you should probably upgrade their wheel size and add more bedding. Also if you can you may want to separate them to prevent them from fighting to the death.
I read in Google it said dwarf hamsters can be in one cage, cause in the wild they go in groups. I also heard someone said it need to be separate. So..., Can dwarf hamsters be together like in one cage? Or not?
@@bi8914 dwarf can be together as long it's from the beginning. Adding a new dwarf to a dwarf living alone older than 2 months is not recommended cuz they may fight.
@@bi8914 in my opinion i think that its best if they are kept seperately because they might just snap one day and kill the other hamster
Their wheel size seemed fine and also if hamsters can be housed together or not totally depends on their temperament. Most dwarf hamsters of the same genders do make peaceful housemates. Some even might fight from time to time gently but still can be housed together. My two dwarf ones always fights but the second they're separated they get visibly depressed and subdued and hence why they're still living together.
@@bi8914I had two dwarf hamster in the same cage and a fought that one bleed so badly it couldn’t walk
Good video, but remember to put more bedding in the cage :)
And hamsters are not social animals, so maby keep them in too cages, because they will maby fight and end up with killing each other.
And I will never take all bedding out, when i clean the cage, maby the half of all bedding :)
(No hate)
But you have very cute hamsters, and i like the video! :)
hi! I just wanted to say that its not recommended to keep drafts together because they will probably end in killing each other but if you do decide to keep drafts together you MUST have a least 2 of everything, 2 food bowls, 2 water bowls, 2 wheel, 2 hides, 2 sand baths ext (and second cage if they start fighting) also the minimum cage size for 1 hamster alone is 450 inches of floor space and for 2 it is 900 square inches of floor space. I hope this helped!
This is from victoria right?
It’s pretty common to keep dwarfs together and I do recommend two hides and two food bowls but they can live with eachother perfectly fine
@@charlottejermy1508 just because it’s common doesn’t mean it’s right. and there’s a high chance they won’t be « perfectly fine »
@@itsolivia2723 I’ve had 4 sets of 2 dwarf hamsters and they all lived together perfectly fine and were all happy I now have 3 dwarfs in separate cages as I am out a lot and I feel more at peace keeping them separate just in case anything happened but I have another big cage I let them all see eachother and they never fight they are all from the same litter so I would recommend for first timers and people who don’t have enough money for another cage to just get one but if u have had many hamster know how to look after them chance in getting two it’s beautiful when they work out I’ve never had a failed pair so I’m sorry that U must have had a failed pair from ur knowledge. But they can live together perfectly fine idk why ur saying they can’t because I never said it’s not unusual for them to fight
@@charlottejermy1508 ok well clearly you think you know best so idk what advice i can give you at this point.
Hi! I’m sure you’ve seen the comments already and I agree but one thing that’s a different recommendation, is I would put in some more wood items for them to chew on, whimzee chew treats are nice also just things to help their teeth. A larger sized wheel maybe as well. Even though they are small their backs can curve and if you’re worried about them flying out, a enclosed wheel would be best :)
don't take all of the bedding out as it can lead your hamster to stress since it smells different
It's ok as long as any of the items still have their familiar scent.
Not a hate comment, but I would recommend putting in at least 5 inches of bedding, has hamsters are burrowing animals!
I love your cute little dumpling hamster
Thanks.. Your hamsters are so cute. ❤️❤️❤️
SOOOO CUTE !!!🐹
Cool video! 🥰
this is so sad! so much improper care:(
I totally agree the cage is a perfect size but the bedding makes me sick and the wheel size and so many things but the cage is a fine size
@@braelynbenavides6880 yess
@@braelynbenavides6880 and the sunflower seeds😬, so fatty and bad for them. Should only be given as a treat. 5:41 . btw the video on my page is my dad (not me)
@@braelynbenavides6880 I say every thing is perfect except bedding . The wheel size is perfect for these hamsters, u can say it is small if u have a serian hamster .no offense 💗
And kaylee she is very bonded with the hamsters she is taking a good care only hamsters mostly need love and affection, she gives it to them
Omg you make it look so easy but it’s so hard if you have a 2nd and 3rd floor cage lol
Your enclosure is so pretty
I recommend you to have a larger cage and also I recommend for the more bedding
Hi love all ur vids so much 😀😊☺️
No hate but u need a whole lot more bedding so they can dig and a bigger cage so that they can run around 💜💜💜
The cage is good tho but the bedding and also the hamster needs to be separated.
They need much more bedding.
Our pet store told us not to have more than one in a cage? How did you get them to get along?
Which soap u use to wash the cage?
I love this cage :))
this cage is too small
dont get this cage its bad
ua-cam.com/video/_yozK-jeB04/v-deo.html
this is a good cage
check out Munchie's Place
Don't mean to be the animal police but hamsters need 5 inches of bedding minimum since they are burrow animals :) I don't know if you're housing hamsters together but that isn't recommended, unless it works for you, but still its safer to avoid doing it ;) lovely hamsters and cage!
i loved it but i recomend to get a big bin cage and five inches of bedding so they can burrow also putting alittle bit of there old bedding back in so they are familar with the smell and they dont get stressed out!!
I love the winter white dwarf especially the more pure white ones
Why thank you
Hello I've just found your channel and I've been owning hamsters for 2 years now. I think you need more bedding up to the brim and get more hamster supplies like chew toys, more houses, etc. But I've also noticed that you over feed your hamster and that is a serious problem because the hamster could get diabetes. I reccomend 2 table spoons of food 2 or maybe 3 times a week. Thank you for reading this and I hope I helped out a bit. :)
I find these so relaxing to watch 😍
What did you use to clean and rub the things? Is that soap?
Waa very clean .. what bedding are you using?
Can I ask, for your sand bath what sand do you use?
What spray did you use ???
Love your hamsters but I recommend definitely putting more bedding and definitely more sand also recommend a bigger wheel
Hello! Just wondering where did you buy that hamster cage?
Me too
Omg!! You have probably seen the comments but, at least 5 inches if bedding and where did u get your cage?? I have them in my country but in a dark grey! And I would prefer white!! :)
Does anyone know where I can get the cage she has or know what it is?
Hello what cage do you have?
where did u get the cage
Hi can you pls give the cage link
Your hamsters r so cute! There is a problem tho, no hate just giving info. Hamster cannot live together it's fine when they're babies but when they get older they will start to fight each other until the last one standing. With my previous hamsters (I didn't know that they can live together) they fought until the smallest one died.
hey where’s your cage from?
Where did you bought your cage?
Wow hamster so cute I love hamster
Just because I like the size of the cage, where did you get it from?
I wanna just tell you this the size of the cage is way too small for more than one hamster (just a tip)
@@kaelynblack4170 yes, I don’t really like housing multiple hamsters together because I find it dangerous
This size of a cage isn't very ideal heheh
where did u buy ur cage?
Can I have a link to the cage pls😊
What cage is that
What cage is that please?
does anyone know the name of the cage?
Where can I buy this cage please
I have that kind of cage if anybody know please anwers is that kind of cage bad ?
gotta luv it look at all the subscribers who must like this person yet a few people seem to think if its not their way its wrong laughable telling him what to do
Omg please tell me where I can buy this cage
U have a pretty deep pan why not utilize it and fill the bedding to the top?
Since a lot of people are recomending stuff. Here is what i recemend: upgrade yo a bigger cage so they have more room (has to be atleast 450 sw inches), add atleast 6 inches of bedding so they can berrow, seperate them cus onr day they could snap and kill each other, also i would recomend scatter feeding so they have to work for their food.
Thats it hope you have a good day!
I agree with piggy time. Hamsters love to burrow, and the bedding is not nearly deep enough for burrowing.
How did you just pick up your hamster like that?
AHH THEY need more bedding they need 6 inches
It a Amazing Video
And I just got a hamster 4 day ago
His name is Ghost because he Hide in in the corner where it’s dark!
He does that so he can sleep. Hamsters like to have a hidey place you need to get ghost a sort of cover to sleep under.
;-;
Helloo , whats the type of hamster??
How can you get him or her
Tem o site de onde comprou?
I would recommend putting at least 6 to 10 inches of bedding in the cage. Also I don’t see any chews known as chew toys hamsters NEED THEM ! Their teeth won’t stop growing so that files them down. Also don’t put the hamsters in the same cage. Also what are they drinking? Is that yellow water? Idk and don’t just give them mainly sunflower seeds they will get picky and only eat the sunflower seeds.
@HamsterDIY i think you should have more Different kind of hamster food mixes there are many different kinds of hamster food mixes in pet lovers if you're from Singapore Maybe you can try the green happi hamster mix because its worked magnificently on my hamsters
Also what’s with the yellow water?

Sweet
What is that in bedding??
cage link pls??
Your hamsters are so cute!! But your cage is pretty small and you need a least 5 inches of bedding and you put 3 hamsters together and they can hurt or even kill each other. And there isn't any chews in it. And, your sand bath is SO small they need a big sand bath. And the way you pick them up is mean. You give them the claw when picking them up. Thats nothing good. You sould scoop them up with both hands. Plus the wheel is too small. I would get a bigger one
Very nice but u should add a 6 inch bedding cause hamsters a borrower's so they need the 6 inch bedding to borrow and a bit more toys and 8 inch wheel
Hamster should have at least 6-8 inches of bedding but some hamster wont even start burrowing until there is 10-12 inches of bedding :)
@Hamster DIY i know you have a proper sized cage but hamsters need atleast 10-15cm of bedding
And the wheel must be atleast 19-20cm if yur in sg i recomend the liliphut hamster wheel its good for all hammies but some syrians are too big for it and need bigger but u have dwarf hamsters so yeh
Thats not a proper sized cage tho, especially not for two hamsters
Hey can you tell me where did you buy that from? 🙄
So cute, but I recommend you to give the hamster 6-8 inches bedding, and above 76cm cage.
Do u have all these hamsters in the same cage? they can fight same litter or not don’t take that chance separate them! If u feel the absolute need to keep them together u need 1 of everything for EACH hamster so if u have 3 hamsters u need 3 wheels 3 hides 3 food dishes 3 water bottles that will minimize the chance of fighting
Hi I love the cage setup but please do not put more then one hammer in the same cage they all can get in a fight and one can die and hammers are barrow animals so please put at least 6 inches of bedding and please do not take all for the bedding it will take then 10 or more minutes to calm down thank you if you read this 💕
They need a lot more bedding, thanks.
I would recommend filling that hole bottom tray with bedding bc it is not enough for you hammys to borough
every day?
why are they all together?????
How often do you clean the cage?
U need to clean it every month
Just an adivise you should not completely sanitize your hamster cage bcuz it will loose the smell of hamster in it which might make hamster not to recognise their cage
Also it was once experimented that when you completely remove their smell from their cage and put the hamster back their heartbeat is so fast and it took them 1 hour to relax the hamster
The cage looks very nice however just add some more bedding
the wheel i to small and please please house them in different cages and more bedding would be great
Loved it but please add bedding till the tray fits
the reel is brittle and you do not have enough litter
What cage is this? I love it
👍👍👍😍Cute
You need to put more bedding so they can burrow
How many times a month do u have to clean it? I have a hamster Too
once
spot clean daily, deep clean monthly
Where did you get this cage ??? I love itt!!
This cage is too small dont get it
watch Munchie's Place
It's too small, don't buy
Nice video but I would recommend that you keep the hamsters in separate cages because they can fight and kill each other! And try to get mire bedding
Therye sibliblings
I thought it is okay as long as they are siblings and same gender
@@jennievy siblings will fight too

They are so cute , do what u prefer they love how they live , and siblings fighting is normal btw love u 💓 💗 💖 😘
Not true do ur research
Great video I would recommend adding a bit more bedding tho
there is so much more they need to do for those poor things then just "more bedding"
Cool❤❤❤ Mine is look like nothing😢
Where did you get this cage?! I NEED it for my hamster❗️❗️
um just a couple of things 1 i would not put more then 1 hamster in 1 cage even if they are dwarfs 2 if you have 3 dwarfs you need 3 of everything , 3 wheels , at least 6 hides 2 for each hammy but other than that good job
