If Mayorkas has lied under oath, Isn't that called perjury? If it is, why hasn't Congress called for him to be charged? More action less talk.
It is. But he has been coached by lawyers. “To my knowledge” “As I understand it” “That is what I knew on that date” “We are following the rules” (whose rules though?) when he or any of them testify they begin their answers with these types of headers. So when proven they lied they can say, no it was to my best knowledge at the time, etc…that’s why they aren’t arrested.

The Executive Branch is in charge of the Justice Dept. Aka Biden & Garland. That's why none of these people are being charged!
